What is a Prayer Summit?

A Prayer Summit is a prolonged, multi-day, life changing worship experience.  It is attended by a diversity of Christian leaders from a specific geographic community.  Their sole purpose is to seek God, His kingdom, and His righteousness.  The expectation is that God will create and guide them through humbling, healing, uniting process, which will lead them to a unity of heart, mind, and mission and qualify them for the blessing of God.

Who should attend?

Spiritual leaders with a heart for the Lord and for His work through His church in the community.  This summit has been initiated by pastors from North Portland and Parkrose areas and they invite people from other areas to join them.

Why should I attend?

As we set time aside to focus on Him (as the leaders from Antioch did in Acts 13) God will give us fresh perspective, relationships, vision, understanding, strategies, and excitement, to live for Him and serve Him more effectively in the place He has called us.

When will it take place?

Please arrive by 10:30 Monday morning, April 29th for final check-in.  The final session will end Wednesday at 11:30.  We strongly encourage you to set this entire time aside so you can both receive and contribute to the entire process.

Where will we be?

We will be using the great facilities of Cannon Beach Christian Center

What can I expect?

You can expect to enjoy time in His presence,  in Scripture based prayer and worship, hearing what He is saying to His Church, and to come away with a greater sense of how we can team with Him to impact our community.  Toward this end, we will engage in meaningful times of corporate prayer, individual prayer, discussion, and fellowship.  We are not here to ask God to bless our plans.  We are here to hear His heart and respond

How much will it cost?

$198per person - double occupancy.  $223 - single occupancy.  This includes 2 nights and 6 meals as well as wonderful times in His presence! To confirm your registration we must receive a minimum $50.00 deposit.  Please make checks payable to "IRM" and mail your registration to Metro Prayer Summit, 1400 NE 136th Ave Suite #201 Vancouver, WA 98684, OR make a $50 electronic payment through Eventbright by Thursday, April 25th.
